Usage and freshness
Unlimited monthly calls and request rate limits are separate. The REST refresh interval is not a streaming latency guarantee.
Historical coverage
Full available history varies by asset and dataset. Bitcoin daily prices start in 2010; other assets have their own start dates.
Distribution rights
Display, redistribution and resale rights are negotiated in your Enterprise agreement.
Reliability you can build around
An availability guarantee, your own infrastructure and people you can reach at any hour.
99.9% availability
Guaranteed for the API on Enterprise. The self-serve plans have no SLA. Live status
Dedicated infrastructure
Enterprise includes dedicated IT infrastructure. The self-serve plans share theirs.
Support at any hour
A shared Slack channel, a dedicated email address and emergency phone support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Scoped to your integration. The SLA, the infrastructure and the support channel are written into your agreement when you talk to the team.
Questions to settle before integration
- Which asset IDs and quote currencies does your product require?
- How should reconnects, stale data and missed updates be handled?
- What distribution rights and support commitments belong in your contract?
Validate the current protocol in the streaming documentation; do not infer reconnect or replay guarantees from a connection example.
